Plant specifications
Five manual straightening machines, each needing four operators, were replaced by a robotic line. The customer introduced a multi-channel straightener and Adeptek implemented the full robotic automation: four KUKA robots working in synchronisation stack sections up to 18 m long.
Scope of work
Manufacturing, software development and commissioning of the complete electrical and automation system panels: MCC, PLC and main control desks; commissioning of the four KUKA robots. Adeptek supervised the entire commissioning.
